These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the 77fh platform and all its services. When you access the 77fh website, create an account, or use any of our services, you are automatically considered to have accepted these Terms.

We ask that you read this document carefully and in full. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform. 77fh reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To create and use an account on 77fh, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must manage your account of your own free will and in full mental capacity.
• All information you provide must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You must not be subject to any legal restriction that prevents you from using 77fh's services.
• You may only hold one active account.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. You are personally responsible for all activity carried out through your account. Sharing login details with any third party is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify the 77fh support team immediately.

2.3 Account Verification

77fh may request supporting documents to verify your identity and age at any time. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until the verification process is complete. If the required information is not provided in a timely manner, your account may be temporarily suspended.

3.1 Deposit Rules

77fh currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and Bank Transfer (including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per payment method).
• Deposited funds may only be withdrawn through the same method used for the deposit (where applicable).
• The account used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals may be held until bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.
• 77fh reserves the right to suspend a withdrawal and conduct an investigation if fraud is suspected.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

77fh offers an attractive welcome bonus for new members. A 200% bonus of up to ৳20,000 is provided on the first deposit.

Example:

• ৳1,000 deposit → ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000.
• ৳22,000 deposit → ৳20,000 bonus (maximum limit) → total balance ৳42,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements apply to all bonuses. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

Wagering calculation example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = ৳50,000 in bets must be placed before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each player may claim each promotional offer only once.
• Bonuses may not be used in combination with other bonuses unless specifically stated.
• Using multiple accounts or devices to claim bonus benefits is not permitted.
• 77fh reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• In the event of a bonus terms violation, the bonus and any winnings derived from it may be forfeited.

5.1 General Betting Rules

77fh offers a range of gaming options including slot games, live casino, cricket and other sports betting, Hi-Lo, Ludo Quick, and more. Each game has its own rules, which are displayed within the game interface.

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled.
• If a bet is voided due to a technical error, the original bet amount will be refunded.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a game result, the record on 77fh's game server will be considered final.
• The individual rules of game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, etc.) may also apply.

5.2 Special Rules for Sports Betting

When placing bets on cricket or other sports, please keep the following points in mind:

• The terms of bets accepted before a match begins will not change.
• If a match is cancelled or the required conditions are not met, the bet amount may be refunded.
• Displayed odds are subject to change until final confirmation.

77fh's VIP program has three tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• 1 Bronze — up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• 2 Silver — up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• 3 Gold — up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Advancement through VIP tiers depends on your activity and consistency on the platform. 77fh reserves the right to change the terms, rates, and criteria for VIP benefits and tiers. Wagering requirements may also apply to cashback amounts.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77fh platform and may result in account suspension or permanent closure:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Operating an account under a false identity or using someone else's identity.
• Attempting to gain an advantage through fraud, manipulation, or any other dishonest means.
• Operating coordinated accounts to abuse bonus benefits.
• Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities in the platform's systems or software.
• Threatening, intimidating, or harassing other users.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or similar software to operate the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.

12.1 Changes to Terms

12.2 Closing Your Account

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed.

77fh also reserves the right to unilaterally close or suspend any account for the following reasons: violation of these terms, suspicion of fraud, or the need to protect the security of the platform.
